Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Delays due to issues with shipping carrier partners or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may happen. In case of any delays in order processing, the same will be communicated via appropriate available channel and contact information to you. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If your order is eligible for free shipping, the same will be mentioned on the product page or check out page. Threshold for free shipping may change from time to time and will be displayed on the product page and check out page. 

We only offer one shipping option "Regular Shipping" for all orders. Shipping partner may vary from order to order.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping as of now. Please refer back to this section in the future when we offer international shipping

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Alternately, you can also track your order by entering your order number on the Track your order page by visiting our website www.perduratherapeutics.com

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at care@perduratherapeutics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@perduratherapeutics.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
