Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your order qualifies for a free 7 day return policy in the following circumstances:

You have received a product different from what you ordered: We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kindly email us picture of the product received along with your order number. We will arrange a pick up and send you the replacement completely free of cost.

You have received your order in a damaged condition: We take utmost care while preparing your shipment to make sure it reaches you in the best shape despite multiple handling while in-transit. However, unfortunate shipment damages cannot be ruled out and we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Kindly email us the picture of the damaged shipment along with the order number. We shall be very quick in sending you a replacement completely free of cost.

You have received incomplete order: If you have ordered multiple items in your order, they may arrive as separate shipments depending upon the number of items in your order. However, in case you have not received all the ordered items, kindly email us your concern with your order number and we will ship the missing items the same day.
We refund prepaid orders in the below circumstances:

You want to cancel your order: All order received before 1300 hours IST are shipped the same day. All other orders are shipped the next business day. If for any reason you would want to cancel your order, kindly email or call our customer care during business hours to raise your request. Order cancellation is subject to shipment status. If the product is shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. Refund of cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 7 working days.

Return to Origin of your prepaid order: If under any circumstance, your prepaid order is returned back to us, as per your choice, we will issue a complete refund of the order back to your payment source or your provided bank details.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
